The Mips® Essential Core system is an injection-moulded plastic, low-friction layer placed between the helmet’s comfort padding and its energy-absorbing liner. This permits the layers to move relative to each other, helping to reduce rotational motion to the head in certain angled impacts.

How to Measure Your Head
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head, keeping it level from front to back. Note the measurement and use the size charts as a guide. Note: Make sure the helmet fits snuggly, but not uncomfortably so, and sits low enough to protect the forehead without hindering your vision. Once you've got the right size, you can adjust the fit.
